Below, you will find step by step detailed instructions on how to fill out your order form!

STEP ONE:
Choosing your Package!
Our 5 packages (Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold, & Friendship Bundle) are built for ultimate convenience and simplicity.

You'll want to check just 1 (One) Package from the 5 (Five) options available (4 shown here - You may want to choose the Friendship Bundle as an alternative).
Note:
The Basic & Bronze Packages come with 1 (one) Pose & 1 (one) background each, while the Silver & Gold Packages come with 2 (two) each.
Depending upon which Package you've selected, you'll want to choose either 1 (One) or 2 (Two) Background(s).
Note:
Your images will be selected on Picture Day!
Next, you will want to choose your sizes by placing a number in the box next to size selections you want. How many sizes you get will depend on which Package you've chosen.
Eg:
The Basic Package comes with 3 sheets. If you decided that you wanted 1 (One) 8x10 & 2 (Two) sheets of 2 5x7s (4 5x7s in total), you would place the number 1 in the box next to the 8x10 and the number 2 next to the 5x7s.
IF you've opted to choose the Friendship Bundle instead of one of our standard packages, place a checkmark in the GREENfield.
Remember:
The Friendship Bundle comes with 2 (two) Sheets, 2 (two)Poses, 2 (Two) Backgrounds. Depending on your choice, each Sheet will contain either 2 (Two) Bookmarks AND 4 (Four) Wallet Sized prints, OR 4 (Four) Bookmarks.
IF you choose the Friendship Bundle in addition to one of our standard packages, place a checkmark next to "Friendship Add On"
IF you are purchasing the Friendship Bundle as an ADD ON, then your Backgrounds selections will be the same as you choose for your Package.
Next, you'll want to choose your 2 (two) Backgrounds.
If you chose a Package with only 1 (one) background (the Basic or Bronze Packages), then you may select 1 (one) additional background for your Friendship Bundle.
Once you've finished filling in your 2 (Two) Backgrounds, you'll want to fill in your Bookmarks selections.
STEP TWO:
A La Carte Options!
À la carte is a French term meaning 'according to the menu'. These items may be purchased individually separate of any prepackaged products.

If you are purchasing a Single Sheet instead of one of our packages, place a checkmark in the GREEN box. If you are purchasing the Single Sheet in addition to one of our packages, place a checkmark next to SINGLE SHEET ADD ON.
Next, you'll want to choose your 2 (two) Backgrounds, then you will want to choose your sizes by placing a number in the box next to size selection(s) you want.
If you are purchasing a Motivational Poster instead of one of our packages, place a checkmark in the GREEN box. If you are purchasing a Motivational Poster in addition to one of our packages, place a checkmark next to 16 x 20 ADD ON
Next, you'll want to choose your 2 (two) Backgrounds, then you will want to choose your sizes by placing a number in the box next to size selection(s) you want.
Remember:
If you are choosing the Motivational Poster as an ADD ON, then your background will be the same one selected with our package(s)
If you are purchasing a Styrene Backed Life Skill Poster instead of one of our packages, place a checkmark in the GREEN box. If you are purchasing a Styrene Backed Life Skill Poster in addition to one of our packages, place a checkmark next to 12 x 16 ADD ON.
If you are purchasing a School Poster instead of one of our packages, place a checkmark in the GREEN box. If you are purchasing a Styrene Backed Life Skill Poster in addition to one of our packages, place a checkmark next to 24 x 36 ADD ON.
If you are purchasing a Statuette instead of one of our packages, place a checkmark in the in the 5 x 7 STATUETTE &/or the 8 x 10 STATUETTE BOX(s). If you are purchasing a Statuette in addition to one of our packages, place a checkmark next to 5x7 ADD ON &/or 8 x 10 ADD ON
STEP THREE:
add ons!
Add On items are those that are offered exclusively as an additional purchase to one of our packages. We do also offer our A La Carte items as Add Ons at discounted prices. Below, you will learn how to add them to your order form.

Place your BACKGROUND number and your MUG TEMPLATE number in the fields.

If you would like an Additional Image(s) &/or an Additional Background(s), place a checkmark in the GREEN box next to ADDITIONAL IMAGES / BACKGROUNDS. If you are purchasing an ADDITIONAL IMAGE(S), the fields will be filled on Picture Day with our Sales Specialist. If you are purchasing an ADDITIONAL BACKGROUND(S), place the Background number(s) in the field(s).
If you would like to purchase all of your photos in their digital format, place a checkmark in the GREEN box next to DIGITAL COPIES.
If you would like to add a Styrene Back to any photo you have purchased, place a checkmark in the GREEN BOX next to STYRENE BACK.

Remember:
Additional Images / Backgrounds are $5 each. If you get 1 (One) Additional Image and 1 (One) Additional Background, that we be $10 total; i.e. $5 each.
Concerning the Styrene Back(s), the particular photo(s) that you would like to add a Styrene Back to will be decided and discussed with our Sales Specialist on Picture Day.
