When we founded Martial Arts Photography Professionals, we recognized a need in the industry for high-quality, specialized martial arts photography. With few photographers focused on this genre, we saw a clear opportunity to offer something unique. With over 18 years of experience and professional training with brands like Disney, Coca-Cola, and The Fireball Run, we bring the skills and dedication to capture martial arts like no one else.

Craig Raboteau

Known more popularly as "Instrutor Scooby Doo", I began training in the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira with Capoeira Brazilian Pelourinho da Topazio in 1995. Immediately enamored, I found identity, purpose, and passion in both being a practitioner of and in teaching the martial arts. Thanks to my training in martial arts, in 1998, I began performing as a professional stunt/acrobatic performer with G-Force Entertainment, Inc. I was given the "dream come true" opportunity to travel the world to perform live in front of huge audiences. These experiences along with being a martial arts instructor fostered in me a deep seated care and appreciation for people and the positive experiences and impact that I could have on their lives. In 2005, I discovered that passion all over again in photography. Bringing all of these passions together, Martial Arts Photography Professionals was founded.

Jessica Yousey

I was first introduced to Capoeira in college by a few of my friends and I immediately threw myself into it. They gave a drive and purpose to push myself, and their overwhelming sense of closeness and family really made me fall in love with Capoeira community. A few years ago, I both began modeling and began working as a retail photographer. I came to love working both in front of and behind the camera.

The ability to connect through photography is amazing! I have come to understand photography as not simply taking someones photograph, but as creating a lasting memory for them to look back on and a moment to relive time and time again. Having the amazing opportunity to be in Capoeira and photography, it is my honor, pleasure, and privilage to, along with Martial Arts Photography Professionals, be a part of helping to create those lasting memory for you and your family.
